This site is offered as a convenience to the employees served
by Aux Svcs IS. Above we've aggregated what we think are your most
commonly used links, regardless if they are for systems run by our
group, our clients, the central university, or external
organizations. The more frequently used links are nearer the top, and
at the upper left is a short list of the most used.
Not all the links will work for everyone (ex: timecard inquiry if
your department is not on Kronos), and some require permissions and
even training. Call our helpline at 612-624-2306 (Mon - Fri, 7am -
5pm) if you can't get into a system that you think should be able to.
Even if we don't control access to the link, we should be able to
walk you through how to request access.
For many of these systems (ex: CUFS, email, calendar, AS/400) you
will be more productive with the "full client" rather than this "web
client". Your work computer probably has that full client already on
it, leaving this web client for quick tasks from home. However if you
do substantial work from home, contact us on how to get these full
clients installed there.
Also feel free to contact us with additional links, or copy these
links into your own departmental site, or even build them into your
own myU portal.
All external sites (ex: Minnesota Daily, Dinkytown.net, Affinity
Plus) are neither managed nor endorsed by the University. Neither can
the University be held liable for their content.
